Acoustic Reflex Testing

This test is useful in situations where there is an unexplained difference in hearing ability of your respective ears. It looks at the neurological pathway from ear to brainstem and back down. Unexpected absences of the acoustic reflexes or abnormal intensities needed to elicit the acoustic reflex provide useful information to the Audiologist and helps guide management of your hearing health care.
