Dr Yazdaneh Galt
Principal Audiologist and Director of ACE Audiology
Yazdaneh Galt arrived in Australia in the early 90s with her two children and in 1999 completed her Bachelor in Psychology from Queensland University of Technology. She then pressed on to complete her Master in Clinical Audiology from Macquarie University and then completed her Doctorate from Arizona School of Health Science, making her amongst the few Australian Audiologists to have aspired to and obtained the highest professional qualification. For the last decade she has worked as an Audiologist focussing on hearing assessment, counselling and hearing aid dispensing. She has received numerous awards over the years inclusive of a “Going the Extra Mile Award”, “Excellence in Clinical Audiology” and a much coveted “Outstanding Practitioner of the Year” in 2010. Her two children are successful professionals. Her son is an honours graduate and scientist that works in the health care industry. Yazdaneh’s daughter is an award winning film director. Her husband also works in health care.
Hani joined ACE Audiology in late 2016 having extensive experience in Office Managment. Hani has also completed her Diploma in Nursing adding additional skills to the ACE team.
Hani also works in medical reception part time to fit around her busy University studies.
Being fluent in Farsi (Persian) and english is of benefit to many of our patients for whom this is their first language.
ACE Audiology is thrilled to have an Office Administrator of her skills and genuine interest in the profession of Audiology.
Natalie recently joined ACE Audiology as one of its receptionists.
She is experienced in Office Administration and worked previously in a co-ordinator role in the security industry
Natalie is familiar with health care in which her husband also works locally.
Her experience in the detailed running of day to day office functions is an excellent assett to ACE Audiology and its patients.
Natalie also speaks fluent Italian very beneficial for those whom this is a first language.
David Chambers, of DC Computing, has a wealth of experience in system design, development and maintenance. He has worked extensively within the hearing industry for large and small enterprizes and is highly experienced in server solutions, telecommunications and database operations, the latter, particularly within the hearing industry.
David was originally from the UK where he worked across myriad fields before settling on computing, apart from his passion for fast sports cars, boats and scuba diving.
Robert Louey, who trades as "Louey Accounting Services", is ACE Audiology's bookeeper since inception. Robert is a Reckon and MYOB Professional partner bookeeper who also holds a degree in Accounting. As such he is able to address a wide range of business issues.
By virtue of his broad industry experience within retail, wholesale, manufacturing and service sectors he is able to perform the full end to end accounting functions of processing source documents to financial statements, draft tax returns and perform FBT, IAS and BAS.
Robert was instrumental in the establishment of ACE Audiology and provided excellent insight and tutoring in account keeping, payroll and BAS functions as well as provide core advice on accounting packages. He is well versed in the Hearing Services industry by virtue of his experience prior to coming on board with ACE.
Robert lives in Melbourne's east with his wife and two young children.
